The story of HR Shared Services is a long one by now and we all made many different experiences and tried many different things. I believe that today we are in a pretty settled market (at least when we talk multi-national companies). And so I would like to ask for your feedback to a short poll (just two questions, promise) regarding today’s and tomorrow’s key contact methods for employees to get in touch with HR.
